Landscaper

Potenza Group is a small, growing company, and we are looking for someone ready to jump right in and grow with us. We need a reliable Lead or Helper who is ready to help us handle everything from lawn mowing and landscape installs to winter snow removal. This is a part-time position leading right into the 2027 snow season.

Responsibilities

Handle or assist with routine commercial lawn care, including mowing, trimming, and edging.

Help out with landscape projects, installs, mulching, and property cleanups.

Operate a snow plow or handle shoveling and salting during winter storms, depending on your experience.

Work as a team or individually to get jobs done efficiently and up to standard.

Requirements

Some experience in commercial lawn maintenance, landscaping, or snow plowing is great, but a strong work ethic and reliability are what matter most.

Flexibility with hours, especially when it comes to dealing with winter weather for the snow season.

A good attitude and the ability to handle physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to work or job sites.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
