We are looking for a dependable and hardworking *Landscaper* to maintain the grounds and exterior appearance across our dealership locations. #### Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds across multiple dealership locations through mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and weeding
• Apply fertilizers, mulch, and soil treatments to promote healthy plant growth
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
• Perform seasonal tasks such as planting, leaf removal, and snow/ice management as needed
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards, damage, or maintenance issues and report concerns promptly
• Keep outdoor areas — including parking lots, walkways, and building perimeters — clean, safe, and visually presentable
• Coordinate with facilities and management to prioritize tasks across multiple locations

Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, grounds-keeping, or a related field preferred
• Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (travel between locations required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
