Position Overview

We are actively hiring experienced Landscape Tradesmen and Crew Leads to join our growing team. This is a hands-on outdoor position responsible for leading crews, operating equipment, interacting with clients, and completing professional landscaping projects safely and efficiently.

Pay

$14.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience, leadership ability, and qualifications.

Schedule

* Typical work hours range between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. depending on project workload and seasonality. * Summer schedules may shift to Monday -Thursday due to overtime hours.

Responsibilities

* Lead landscaping crews on residential projects * Drive company trucks and trailers safely * Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients * Perform landscape installation work including mulch, drainage, shrubs, trees, hardscaping, and related services * Ensure proper loading and securement of equipment and materials * Complete walkthroughs and project updates * Maintain job site safety and cleanliness * Assist with training crew members * Complete daily project documentation and communication with management * Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs
