Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including planting, pruning, lawn care, sod installation, general maintenance, weed control, and fertilization.
• Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications.
• Oversee landscape projects from start to finish, including site preparation, planting beds, hardscaping, and sod work.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage equipment usage and maintenance schedules for tools such as mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping machinery.
• Provide training and mentorship on landscaping techniques, horticulture best practices, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping design or construction.
• Hands-on experience with landscape construction projects including hardscaping and site preparation.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Familiarity with equipment operation and maintenance for landscaping tools and machinery.
• Ability to assess project needs accurately and develop efficient work plans.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
