These full-time positions encompass all aspects of residential property transformation and estate maintenance—ranging from precision mowing to detailed horticulture maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

With the possibility of being a cross-functional team member, duties could span multiple divisions based on assignment needs:

• Property Maintenance & Mowing: Operate commercial mowing equipment, string trimmers, and edgers to maintain pristine turf for elite residential properties.
• Horticultural Care: Maintain plant health and aesthetics by pruning trees and shrubs, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized landscaping machinery.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping and/or commercial mowing is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Credentials: Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of clean driving experience.
• Professionalism: Clean-cut appearance, dependable character, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Physical Capability: Ability to perform continuous physical labor in an active, outdoor environment.
