Landscape Technician

About the Position

We're looking for an Experienced Landscape Technician with leadership potential to join our team. This hands-on role requires strong landscaping skills with opportunities to develop into a leadership position as you demonstrate capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all soft landscaping tasks professionally
• Plant and maintain annual and perennial gardens
• Perform quality bed weeding and mulching
• Apply basic landscaping design principles
• Provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrate initiative and leadership potential

Qualifications

• Professional landscaping experience
• Knowledge of common plants and their care requirements
• Understanding of basic landscape design
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Hardscaping experience a plus

Hours & Compensation

• Starting at $19/hour with potential to earn up to $23/hour
• Part-time with maximum available hours

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
