We handle lawn maintenance, irrigation, plantings, hardscapes, stones capes, and more — and we take pride in doing the work right. Duties and Responsibilities

* Safely operate commercial lawn equipment — mowers, string trimmers, edger's, hedge trimmers, and blowers, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Drive a company truck safely; a clean driver's license is required, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and squat throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Work outdoors in temperatures that may exceed 95°F, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Communicate clearly with crew members and follow direction from the crew leader. * Use a smartphone for work-related communication.

Who We're Looking For

Experience is a plus, but it's not everything. If you're new to the trade, that's okay — we'll teach you what you need to know. What we can't teach is work ethic, reliability, and a good attitude. If you've got those, we want to talk.

Requirements

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past three years). * Ability to pass a background check and drug test. * Ability to speak, read, and write in English (for on the job safety and communication). * Must be reliable, coachable, and works well with others.
