Landscape Supervisor

GroundsCare Landscape is the premier commercial landscape, construction, and snow removal company operating in Somerville NJ and High Bridge, NJ for over 18 years. We services customers in NJ and PA. The ideal candidate for the landscape supervisor position is a strong leader, experienced in directing the work of 2-5 crew members. Our crews handle a variety of service lines including basic landscape maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, and seasonal plantings. Must have valid and clean driver’s license. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities of the supervisor will include

• Ability to manage Performance & Quality
• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members
• Maintaining a schedule and ensuring expectations are met.
• Recognizing issues on client sites and alerting Operations Manager.
• Providing the Operations Manager with feedback on crew member.

The ideal candidate will possess

• Strong organizational
• Attention to detail.
• Consistently meets deadlines.
• Valid Driver's license required acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Safety

• Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies
• Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
