Patera Landscaping is a successful, family-owned landscaping company specializing in beautiful softscape design, patios, retaining walls, trees, and custom pools. We take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating outdoor spaces our customers love. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Receptionist to be the welcoming first impression of our company.

About the Role

As the first voice customers hear and the first person they interact with, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience. We're looking for someone with a bubbly personality, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills who enjoys helping people and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers with a warm, professional attitude
• Collect and accurately enter customer information
• Schedule appointments and route inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Maintain and update customer records within our CRM system
• Assist with office administration and general clerical tasks
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales staff, and field teams
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect the values and professionalism of Patera Landscaping

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM software preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer programs and office technology
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is required
