Landscape Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Landscape Construction & Enhancements Division

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help lead landscape construction and enhancement projects within our growing division. This individual will take full ownership of projects from planning through completion, managing crews, subcontractors, and resources to deliver high-quality results.

Projects typically range from $1,000 to $300,000, spanning both enhancements and larger construction installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects (typically 2–3) simultaneously from start to finish
• Lead all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Directly oversee crew leads, installation teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor labor productivity and control job costs
• Approve timesheets and track project financial performance
• Interpret plans, specifications, and client expectations
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics
• Provide leadership, training, and accountability for field teams
• Proactively identify and solve field challenges, adjusting plans and resources as needed to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Serve as the primary communication link between field operations, design/sales teams, and office administration to ensure project expectations, change orders, schedules, and client needs are properly communicated and executed
• Collaborate with designers and sales personnel to review project scopes, clarify installation requirements, and ensure a seamless transition from sale to production
• Work closely with office administration on scheduling, purchasing, invoicing support, documentation, and project tracking
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
