Landscape Operations Manager

We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader to help our landscaping company's daily operations. If you take pride in your work, genuinely enjoy leading a team, and love working outdoors- we want to hear from you! This is a key role in the day-to-day success of Environmental Landscape Services.

Roles

• Oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish
• Work hands-on alongside crew members in the field
• Schedule jobs and coordinate daily team operations
• Meet customers for consultations and project walkthroughs
• Help run the business efficiently, safely, and profitably
• Identify opportunities for for improvement and growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional landscaping experience
• Expertise in maintenance, hardscaping, fence installations, and more
• Natural leader with a go-getter/ get-it-done attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Creative problem-solver who works efficiently
• Great communication skills; Fluent in English, Spanish speaking a strong plus
• Must live within 30 min of Far Hills, NJ

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on your feet for a full workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Education
