What We Offer

• Starting pay at $18/hr, with higher rates based on experience and performance
• Weekly pay
• Regular schedule: Monday–Thursday (weather permitting), 10–12 hour days
• Overtime available – Most is optional, with occasional mandatory days
• Benefits after 1 year: One week paid vacation, 3 paid sick days and a uniform allowance

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience required
• Ability to work long days outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Experience with mowers, trimmers, and landscaping tools
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a teamJob Responsibilities:
• Landscaping: Planting, mulch or rock installation, bush and hedge trimming
• Mowing & Lawn Care: Mowing, string trimming, edging
• Gardening: Weeding, pruning, maintaining garden beds
• Equipment & Shop: Cleaning, basic maintenance, shop and trailer organization
• Other Tasks: Debris hauling, assisting with installs, general labor as neededRequirements:
