POSITION SUMMARY The Landscape Manager is responsible for leading the installation, care, maintenance, and enhancement of all landscaped areas across Kualoa Ranch. This role oversees the landscape team, plans and implements landscape improvements, and ensures that all outdoor spaces reflect the beauty, cleanliness, and cultural values of the land. The Manager works closely with internal departments to support both operational and guest-facing environments, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic excellence in alignment with Kualoa’s mission. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, horticultural knowledge, and a passion for preserving Hawaiʻi’s natural beauty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Landscape Maintenance & Operations

• Direct daily operations of the landscape team, including task assignments, quality control, and safety oversight.
• Monitor and maintain grounds to ensure high standards of appearance, health, and safety across all visitor and operational areas.
• Manage irrigation systems, fertilization schedules, pest control, and pruning cycles to support optimal plant health.
• Identify and resolve landscape issues related to drainage, erosion, overgrowth, and plant disease.
• Conduct routine inspections of all landscaped areas and assign corrective work as needed.
