Job Overview

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to ensure healthy and attractive lawns and gardens
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, weed control, aeration, and soil preparation
• Conduct regular lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, overseeding, and pest management
• Assist with landscaping projects by planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery according to design specifications
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, sharpening blades, and performing routine inspections to ensure safety and efficiency
• Support overall garden health through horticultural practices like soil testing, mulching, and pest control

Requirements

• Proven experience in irrigation systems installation and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and lawn care best practices
• Familiarity with gardening tools, hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures
• Basic understanding of horticulture principles to promote healthy plant growth
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions with stamina and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
