Landscape Team Lead

Overview

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Team Lead to manage a small crew and ensure the highest standards of service and craftsmanship on every landscape job. *For hired candidates, an increase to $25/hr will begin 1 month after continuous & satisfactory work.*

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 2 team members
• Perform and oversee tasks such as:
• Mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning
• Irrigation system maintenance and installation
• Lighting installation and maintenance
• Bed care and full landscape installation
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule
• Maintain strong customer service standards on-site
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting a positive work environment
• Complete daily service reports and communicate updates to the supervisor
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges with professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on landscaping experience (required)
• Prior experience managing employees or leading a crew (required)
• Irrigation and lighting installation/repair experience (preferred)
• Skilled with landscaping tools including weed eaters, string trimmers, and edgers
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat, dust, and noise
• Must be at least 18 years old and maintain a safe, drug-free work approach
• Valid driver's license (required)

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
