Landscape Maintenance Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to various maintenance tasks, including landscaping, lawn care, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform mowing and landscape maintenance to keep the grounds well-groomed and visually appealing. Blowing and mulching leaves in the fall.
• Manage garden areas by weeding and pruning, as needed.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks including digging, trimming, and edging.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and safety in outdoor areas.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping.
• Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintenance challenges.
