Landscape Maintenance Versatile Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform work requiring the use of hand tools, power tools, and mowing equipment
• Safely operate company vehicles and issued equipment
• Complete daily work orders and necessary paperwork
• Provide recommendations to improve service to Maintenance Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3 years of landscape maintenance experience
• Physical ability to lift and carry objects weighing approximately 50 pounds
• Must have a valid driver’s license for daily operation of a company vehicle
• Excellent understanding of proper pruning practices
• Experience programming irrigation controllers and troubleshooting irrigation systems

Desired (not required)

• Working knowledge of techniques to manage weeds, insects, and plant diseases
• Skilled in plant identification
• Troubleshooting experience with low voltage lighting
