Position Overview

This is not an entry-level labor position.

We are seeking a motivated professional who can work independently, lead a crew when needed, solve problems, communicate effectively, and consistently produce quality work.

The ideal candidate has experience in tree service, property maintenance, construction, handyman work, or multiple skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist crews on job sites
• Perform tree trimming, removals, and palm maintenance
• Perform property maintenance and irrigation repairs
• Assist with construction, remodeling, and handyman projects
• Maintain jobsite safety and productivity
• Ensure company checklists and procedures are followed
• Complete before-and-after photos and job documentation
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and trailers
• Communicate professionally with customers and management
• Identify repair opportunities and upsell services when appropriate

Qualifications
