Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for landscape management, including lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Supervise team members in various landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, tree care, and garden installation.
• Maintain and irrigate landscapes to promote healthy growth and aesthetics.
• Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Train new employees on best practices in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, garden design, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina for performing outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
