Key Responsibilities

• Green Season Services: Perform various services, including spring clean-ups, edging, mulching, weekly lawn maintenance, weeding, fall clean-ups, perennial cutbacks, and seasonal pruning.
• Consistent Quality and Efficiency: Demonstrate a broad skill set with a focus on high-quality, efficient work that meets safety standards.
• Teamwork and Camaraderie: Work collaboratively to achieve goals efficiently, fostering a strong team culture under the guidance of crew leaders.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company professionally on client properties and during travel, maintaining a neat truck, professional appearance, and friendly demeanor to uphold and promote our brand.
• Leadership Responsibilities: Leadership is essential in these roles, and compliance with routines for DOT checks, maintaining equipment, communicating repair needs, and tracking completed work are all requirements of the role. This is a fast-paced division, and adherence to our systems is essential for the safe execution of work. This is a responsibility leaders must take seriously for the success of the division.
