Job Overview

D&D Mulch and Landscape is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to manage and work alongside a field crew. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on landscaping skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a bilingual team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a landscape crew on a daily basis
• Install and spread mulch
• Prepare and install new lawns (grading, loam, seeding)
• Operate hydroseeding equipment
• Drive company truck and trailer safely to job sites
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards
• Communicate professionally with crew members and customers

Requirements

• Bilingual required: English and Portuguese
• Prior landscaping experience required
• Crew leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred (Not Required)

* Hardscape experience

Schedule

• Full-time, seasonal (April through late November)
• Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
