Responsibilities

• Supervise and train crew members in all aspects of landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, debris management, pruning, and basic irrigation management.
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure the timely completion of daily and weekly production assignments.
• Organize and collect necessary equipment and materials for each project.
• Monitor work quality and provide guidance to ensure high standards are met.
• Participate in safety meetings and promote safe operation of equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and responsive service.
• Prepare timesheets and complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Keep work areas, equipment storage, and vehicles clean and organized.
• Identify turf and ornamental issues and recommend solutions as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid NC Drivers license.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation

----------------

Hourly pay range: $18 to $22.50+, depending on experience

Offered compensation: $18/hr - $22.50/hr
