Landscape Maintenance Superintendent

Nissho of California is a dynamic and growing organization that provides Commercial Landscape Maintenance Services. We currently service San Diego, North County, Riverside, and Coachella Valley.

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Superintendent for our Maintenance division in our Vista location. The Maintenance Superintendent reports to the Director of Field Operations and is responsible for executing any and all tasks required to maintain all properties outlined on his/her portfolio. The successful candidate must have landscape maintenance experience. Your responsibilities include managing personnel to ensure Nissho of California’s maintenance program is being implemented. Ensuring the overall quality of all projects outlined in your portfolio as well as completion of punchlist items. Basic plant material knowledge, and basic irrigation knowledge is recommended.

- Attendance of training courses provided by Nissho of California.

- Ability to follow all safety guidelines provided regarding all equipment.

- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
