JOB SUMMARY

The Landscape Maintenance position works under the general supervision of the Landscape Services Supervisor. This position is responsible for general care and maintenance of school grounds, trees and landscaped areas, and provide labor support as needed. Work hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends, as necessary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate all tools and equipment necessary for landscape maintenance.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of all equipment and tools used for landscape maintenance. Tools include, but are not limited to mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and pressure washers.
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Cut grass; prune shrubs and trees; clean gutters, sidewalks, and roads.
