Landscape Maintenance Lead

We are looking for a dependable Landscape Maintenance Lead to oversee a crew and maintain high-end residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a landscape maintenance crew
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and with quality
• Communicate with management and clients professionally
• Train and develop crew members
• Perform basic irrigation troubleshooting and property inspections
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles

Requirements

• Landscape maintenance experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, accountable, and able to lead by example
