Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Foreman to lead our team in ensuring the impeccable upkeep of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of their crew, coordinate crew activities, and ensure that all landscaping tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in landscape maintenance, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscape maintenance crew.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety protocols.
• Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures.
• Perform hands-on landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting.
• Inspect work sites regularly to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of work hours, materials used, and job progress. This is done through our app.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement efficient work processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a landscape maintenance crew leader or foreman.
• In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Trimming & pruning experience.
