Experienced Maintenance Tech Needed - Must be hard working, energetic, with an excellent work ethic. Responsibilities include general property maintenance including mowing, weeding, pruning etc. Must have at least 5 years of maintenance experience and reliable personal transportation.Must have a driver's license.
