A commercial Landscaping & Maintenance Company in Eustis is seeking an experienced Foreman/Lead to join our team immediately. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on skills, and the ability to manage daily operations with minimal supervision once trained.

Position Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Proficient in truck and trailer operation
• Ability to operate all routine landscaping and maintenance equipment including mowers, edgers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.
• Strong plant identification and general horticulture knowledge
• Prior crew leadership experience required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently as part of daily duties
• Any experience with irrigation systems (operation, troubleshooting, or installation) is a *plus* but not required

Job Expectations

Lead a crew from morning prep through completion of daily maintenance of commercial properties.

* Operate efficiently with little to no direction after training * Maintain professionalism, safety, and quality standards on all job sites * * Start time: 7:00 AM daily in Eustis
