Nature's Designers is a growing landscape company serving southeastern Wisconsin through two divisions: Construction and Maintenance/Snow. As we grow our Maintenance & Snow Division toward $1M, we’re looking for a leader who lives The DECID Way: finishes what they start, brings positive energy, treats people with respect, follows through with integrity, and stays committed to excellence and continuous improvement. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• You lead the business side of the division. You manage the division within budget, stay focused on gross profit goals, and earn bonuses tied directly to results.
• You grow and support the team. You hire, train, coach, develop, and hold crew leads and crews accountable with courtesy and integrity, helping people improve, succeed, and stay.
• You create clarity through scheduling. You oversee routing and scheduling for maintenance routes and snow operations, so teams know where to be, what to do, and how to finish strong.
• You use numbers to lead well. You work with LMN estimating, budgeting, job costing, and production tracking, and provide weekly reporting to ownership.
