Love working outdoors and staying active? Sexton Lawn & Landscape is hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to help maintain high-quality commercial and residential properties in the Foley, AL area.

This is a hands-on, physical role that is a great fit for someone reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outside as part of a team. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

------------------

• Mow, edge, trim, weed, blow, plant, and help maintain clean outdoor spaces
• Use landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
• Assist with general landscape maintenance tasks throughout the day
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
• Take direction from your Crew Leader and support the team in completing work efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and report equipment or job site concerns

What We're Looking For

• Landscaping or lawn maintenance experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, cold, and changing weather conditions
• Comfortable with physical, labor-intensive work and being on your feet all day
• Team player who can take direction and takes pride in quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work full-time
