What You’ll Do

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain residential and commercial properties
• Operate zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining ProScapes quality standards
• Perform shrub trimming and basic landscape maintenance tasks
• Keep properties clean with no missed areas
• Load, unload, and care for trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and crew leader direction
• Communicate issues or property concerns to management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous landscape maintenance experience required
• Valid driver’s license with clean, insurable driving record
• Experience driving a truck and trailer preferred
• Dependable and shows up on time
• Takes pride in quality work
• Works well with a team
• Pays attention to details
• Able to work outdoors in all seasons
• Able to lift 50 lbs

• Lawns have clean cuts, straight edges, and detailed finishing
• Equipment is cared for and ready each day
