Compensation Breakdown

• Base salary of $65-$95k
• Bonus of up to 10% of gross wages at end of year based on production goals
• Annual range: $65-$105k

* 3–5 years of experience in landscape, construction or a related field * Prior supervisory or crew leadership experience required * Strong understanding of landscape installation techniques, equipment, and materials * Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus * Excellent communication and client coordination skills * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Relevant certifications and training in landscape management or related fields are beneficial Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily work for 3 landscape installation crews * Manage project scheduling, crew assignments, and equipment logistics * Train and mentor crew leaders and team members in landscape construction best practices * Monitor quality control, safety, and efficiency on all job sites * Interpret landscape plans and ensure installation follows design specifications * Communicate progress, needs, and issues with Clients, Crew Leads and designers * Oversee materials ordering and deliveries to maintain project timelines * Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations * Recruit and hire new staff when needed Working Conditions
