ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS

*Responsibilities:*

· Spring and Fall cleanups.

· Mowing, line trimming, edging, mulching, etc.

· Planting, pruning and trimming.

· Lawn installations.

· Other landscaping duties as directed.

· Snow removal.

*Qualifications, Experience and Skills:*

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

· Dependable, punctual, team-oriented.

· Positive attitude and attention to detail.

· Ability to perform the physical demands of the position including regularly lifting to 80 lbs., standing, walking, crouching, stoop/kneeling and reaching with hands and arms.

· Neat work appearance and adherence to company uniform policy

· Past experience working with landscapes and /or hardscapes a plus.

· Familiarity and ability to operate equipment a plus.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Actual starting rate will depend on level of experience.
