Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader and Driver (1 year experience required)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader and Driver to join our team. This position required strong leadership skills, experience with landscaping equipment, and an ability to manage a team while delivering high-quality service to our clients. As the Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a variety of landscape maintenance duties. You will lead a 4-5 man/women crew in the efficient and effective completion of tasks, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE!

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and work with your crew, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely and to the highest standards.

- Perform weekly landscape maintenance tasks including: mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, planting, general site cleanup, etc.

- Safely drive trucks and trailers to job sites, ensuring proper loading and unloading of equipment.

- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.

- Maintain a clean and organized truck.

- Communicate with leadership about any potential issues that appear while servicing a property.

- Provide training and mentorship to crew members.

- Perform other duties as required.

Position Required Qualifications

· Previous experience as a landscape maintenance Crew leader is required.

· Proficient in operating mowers, trimmers, edgers, and other small equipment.

· Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a truck REQUIRED

· Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance technique (mowing, edging, trimming, planting, etc.)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Stong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.

* Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
