Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Lead

Job Summary

As a Commercial Landscape Foreman/Lead, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated crew to execute high-volume, high-standard maintenance routes. This is a working-leader role that requires a blend of sharp field management, technical landscaping expertise, and strong communication. You will oversee safety compliance, route efficiency, and quality control on-site while maintaining a professional, client-facing presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Crew & Route Leadership: Lead, train, and work alongside a 3-to-4-man crew to complete demanding commercial routes safely and on schedule.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to commercial contract specifications, including precision mowing, detailed edging, pruning, weed control, and seasonal color management.
• Logistics & Driving: Safely operate a commercial truck and loaded landscape trailer in high-traffic Houston areas; manage daily route schedules using digital dispatch/routing software.
• On-Site Client Relations: Act as the professional, on-site point of contact for property managers and HOA board representatives to address requests and ensure total satisfaction.
• Equipment & Asset Management: Oversee the daily upkeep, inventory, and safe operation of all commercial equipment (zero-turns, stand-ons, trimmers, etc.) and ensure truck/trailer setups are organized.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain a zero-accident workplace by ensuring the crew strictly follows all safety protocols, including proper PPE usage.

Qualifications & Requirements
