Macario Brothers Lawn Care is hiring experienced Lawn Care Crew Leaders in San Antonio. We're looking for people who show up, work hard, and want to grow with a fast-moving company.

What you'll do

• Mow, edge, weed eat, and blow residential properties
• Lead or support a 2-person crew
• Take before/after photos and note any property issues
• Keep equipment clean and ready daily

What we're looking for

• 2+ years professional lawn care experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Clean background
• Available 6am Mon–Fri and occasional Saturdays
• Fast paced residential route experience preferred

What we offer

• $18–$29/hr based on performance
• $1,000+/week potential
• Paid every Friday
• $250 sign-on bonus after 30 days in good standing with excellent attendance

• Disponible a las 6am Lun–Vie y Sábados ocasionales
• Experiencia en rutas residenciales rápidas preferida
