Frontline Property Services is looking for a dependable, motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Driver to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with commercial landscape maintenance experience who can safely drive a company truck and trailer while working alongside and helping lead a maintenance crew.

We maintain commercial properties throughout the Sarasota area and take pride in providing professional, high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a company truck and landscape trailer to multiple commercial properties each day.
• Lead by example while working alongside the landscape maintenance crew.
• Perform commercial landscape maintenance including:
• Mowing
• Edging
• String trimming
• Blowing
• Shrub and hedge trimming
• Weed control
• General landscape cleanup
• Load, unload, and safely operate commercial landscape equipment.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure properties are maintained to company quality standards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience driving a truck with a landscape trailer.
• Comfortable backing and maneuvering trailers.
• Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment.
• Crew leadership experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and attention to detail.
