Landscape Maintenance

*Primary Function*

To ensure and maintain the greenery, landscaping and grounds of the property in alignment with the mission and core values of the company.

*Essential Responsibilities*

All job duties are to be performed in accordance with Company Policies & Procedures, OSHA standards and other legal regulations and requirements. Essential responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

* Mow, trim, prune, rake and week lawns and gardens/planter areas. Clear all debris. Report any malfunctions or observations of needed equipment repairs to Facilities Manager immediately.

* Install/maintain features such as ponds, lighting, irrigation and drainage systems, fences, planters, etc. in accordance with quality and safety as set forth by the Company and commonly practiced industry standards.

* Water plants and lawns, apply fertilizers and pesticides, overseed.

* Other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.

* Report unsafe practices or hazardous conditions to the CSM, Facilities Manager or General Manager.

* Attend annual BSA/AML training, as scheduled.

* Report to CSM or Security any individuals in the casino who appear to be underage, intoxicated, whose conduct appears to be illegal, or who poses a threat to the Company's operations.

Education and/or Experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills are required. 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscaping tools and machinery is required.
