Landscape Maintenance Associate

We’re currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Landscape Bed Maintenance Team Member to join our growing crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, making landscapes look their best, and want to grow in the green industry, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and enhance landscaped areas including flower beds, ornamental plantings, shrubs, and small trees
• Restore and renovate turfgrass lawns through services like seeding, fertilizing, and cleanup
• Weed, edge, and mulch beds to keep properties looking their best
• Perform seasonal tasks such as pruning, deadheading, and general bed cleanouts
• Support other crews as needed and assist with general site maintenance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good customer relation skills and the ability to communicate clearly
• Some knowledge of plants and turf care is a plus—but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Team player who is dependable and takes pride in their work

We are seeking an individual who is eager to work outdoors, learn the foundations of landscape care, and grow within the green industry. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. On-the-job training is provided!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
