Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Account Manager to oversee and manage assigned landscape accounts. The ideal candidate has a solid background in landscape maintenance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train crew members
• Enforce safety protocols, maintain equipment, and operate machinery.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, contract compliance, and site appearance.
• Coordinate with crew leaders to ensure proper execution of landscape maintenance services.
• Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a leadership role for landscaping installation.
• Technical knowledge in horticulture and plant care.
• Strong communication skills, problem solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Preferably bilingual – (English and Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license, with clean record.
