Landscape Crew Leader – Enhancement Crew

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Landscape crew leader for our enhancement crew. In this role, you will be responsible for directing your team on outdoor projects ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency by managing daily tasks, training crew members, and operating equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train crew members
• Enforce safety protocols, maintain equipment, and operate machinery.
• Manage projects, resources, report progress, and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a leadership role for landscaping installation/enhancement.
• Technical knowledge in horticulture and plant care.
• Strong communication skills, problem solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably bilingual – (English and Spanish)
• Valid driver’s license, with clean record.
