Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to oversee and manage client relationships, ensure high-quality landscape maintenance services, and drive customer satisfaction. This role involves regular client communication, scheduling and coordinating crews, identifying enhancement opportunities, and ensuring all contracted services are performed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial and/or residential maintenance accounts
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate landscape conditions and identify potential issues or enhancements
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance services with operations teams to ensure timely and efficient execution
• Ensure quality control by monitoring crew performance and compliance with company standards
• Identify, propose, and sell enhancement opportunities to improve clients’ properties
• Handle client inquiries, service requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, site conditions, proposals, and service activities
• Collaborate with crews and production managers to ensure labor and materials are effectively utilized
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and account profitability tracking
• Ensure contract compliance and manage renewals or upsell opportunities
• Generate new sales opportunities through client relationships, referrals, site visits and business activities

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance, or a related industry preferred
• Strong understanding of seasonal maintenance practices, plant health care, irrigation systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Sales and customer service experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
