We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused Irrigation Service Technician to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Irrigation Service Technician is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing residential and commercial irrigation systems. This role serves as the face of our irrigation department and plays a key role in maintaining customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, working outdoors, and helping customers protect their landscape investments through proper irrigation management.

What You'll DoIrrigation Service & Repair

• Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues including valves, sprinkler heads, pipe breaks, wiring, controllers, sensors, and pumps.
• Perform spring startups, system inspections, and winterizations.
• Conduct irrigation audits to improve efficiency and water conservation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic system problems.
• Adjust watering schedules based on seasonal conditions and landscape needs.
• Ensure irrigation systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Customer Service & Sales

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and system performance.
