Position Overview

The Account Manger serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, acting as the strategic bridge between property decision makers and our field operations teams. This role blends customer relationship management, quality control, field oversight, and consultative sales. Your primary objectives will be keeping your client portfolio highly satisfied, identifying opportunities for property upgrades (enhancements), and ensuring our field teams execute work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

· Serve as the single, reliable point of contact for owners and property management.

· Conduct routine, proactive site walk-throughs with clients to review property health and aesthetic appeal.

· Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a world-class customer service experience.

Portfolio Growth & Enhancement Sales

· Identify property deficiencies and propose consultative landscaping solutions.

· Generate and present proposals for enhancements, including seasonal color changes, mulch, turf care, and minor renovations.

· Meet or exceed annual retention goals and upsell/enhancement targets.

Operations & Requirements

· Collaborate closely with Production Manager to communicate client expectations.

· Inspect jobsites regularly to ensure maintenance teams are delivering high-quality pruning, mowing, detailing.
