Groundskeeper

Nelkin Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper for our apartment properties. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to handle general grounds maintenance and property upkeep.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to

• Perform a variety of landscape maintenance duties to include watering, mowing, weeding, trimming, renovating and fertilizing lawns.
• Calibrate and apply various fertilizers and pesticides related to plant and grass maintenance
• Operate a variety of heavy equipment including hand tools, mowers, edgers, and blowers
• Assist with the installation of new irrigations systems
• Perform minor repairs as needed
• Conduct daily inspections and remove all debris, including pine cones, litter, and other natural waste, from grounds, walkways, and common areas.
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
