We're a growing, family-owned lawn, landscape, and snow removal company based in Mason, Michigan, serving residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Lansing area. We take pride in doing quality work, treating customers right, and creating a positive work environment.

We're currently hiring one full-time and one part-time Crew Member.

What You'll Do

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns
• Install mulch, plants, and landscape materials
• Help with spring and fall cleanups
• Trim shrubs and small trees
• Perform general property maintenance
• Operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
• Assist with snow plowing, shoveling, and salting during the winter
• Work safely and help keep equipment clean and ready to go

What We're Looking For

• Landscaping experience is a plus, but we're happy to train someone with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of Michigan weather
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
