Job Summary

Heroes Lawn Care of Cedar Park is looking for motivated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. This position plays a hands-on role in building and maintaining high-quality landscapes for residential and commercial clients. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to follow directions, and eager to grow their skills in landscaping and hardscaping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, sod installation, and general cleanup
• Support hardscape and construction tasks such as laying pavers, stonework, retaining walls, and concrete work
• Assist with irrigation and drainage installations or repairs as directed
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members to complete projects on time and to company standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be able to speak English (bilingual in English and Spanish a plus)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Knowledge of masonry, concrete, irrigation, or drainage systems is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
