We are currently looking for a Landscape Production Manager to join our growing team. Position Overview

The Landscape Laborer works as part of a professional installation crew responsible for constructing and enhancing outdoor spaces. This position assists with landscape installations, sod installation, grading, planting, hardscape construction, irrigation, and other landscape-related projects.

The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is willing to learn new skills while contributing to a team environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation projects.
• Install trees, shrubs, perennials, and other plant materials.
• Install sod and assist with grading and site preparation.
• Load, unload, and move landscape materials and equipment.
• Assist with retaining wall, paver patio, and hardscape installations.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a crew to complete projects on schedule.
• Represent the company professionally on customer properties.
