Duties

• Assist with lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming to maintain healthy and attractive lawns
• Support landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning trees and shrubs, and applying mulch or soil amendments
• Operate hand tools like shovels, rakes, pruners to prepare planting beds or remove debris
• Use power tools such as trimmers, blowers and hedge trimmers to complete landscaping projects efficiently
• Help install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and borders
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients

Experience

• Prior experience or familiarity with landscaping is preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge useful for operating power tools and small machinery safely
• Hands-on experience with lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, or blowers is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques is beneficial
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to safety standards
• Experience with construction or hardscape installation enhances your ability to contribute effectively
