Landscape Laborer / Crew Member

Pay

$21–$26 per hour (Depending on Experience) Service Area: Vancouver, Camas & Portland Metro Area

We are a professional, growing landscaping company looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our crew. We need someone who is a self-starter, shows up on time, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing and landscape maintenance
• Weeding, edging, and property cleanups
• Mulch and bark dust installation
• Shrub and small tree trimming
• Debris cleanup and hauling
• Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Providing quality workmanship and professional customer service

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout Vancouver, Camas, and the Portland metro area
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical outdoor work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Landscaping experience preferred but willing to train the right person
